Tuning into the energy of ABUNDANCE

October 16, 2025

Abundance is less something we chase and more something we remember.

What is abundance?

The energy of abundance is limitless. You know the feeling you have if you stare up at the sky and you realise it doesn’t stop, that it has no edges?

The inconceivable concept of infinity encapsulates abundance. It has a sense of neutrality poised with excitement. It’s like the breath you hold before you peer around the corner to see a waterfall.

Abundance knows what is available and it enjoys it. It feels like the awe you hold in your heart for seeing a rainbow, but in your third eye, like it has a depth of knowing to it.

Abundance is not about one thing, it is not about money, sure that might be a part of it, but it’s as much a part of it as love is, as joy is.

The energy of abundance has a cool air about it, a feeling of ‘wouldn’t it be cool if…’ – it’s an energy that belongs in a realm without pressure and expectation – it comes alive and steps forward when you remove your hands from holding the idea of her so tightly.

How do we tap into the energy of abundance?

Say the word. ABUNDANCE. Let it roll off your tongue. Repeat it. Feel it in your body with your eyes closed. Feel how playful an energy it is.

It’s easy to be swayed to try and tune-in to abundance when we are in a state of lack. The idea that if we just put enough attention on what we want in life, it will arrive. But doing this from a place of not having enough, of lack, is only going to exacerbate the pressure – it doesn’t allow the energy of abundance to breathe and beat her heart.

What if we begin with gratitude and acceptance?

Love the breath in your lungs, feel the miracle of it.

Thank the universe for the money in your bank account, what a blessing it is, every penny.

Appreciate the beauty of your relationships, for all the love and for all the lessons.

The roof over your head, be grateful

Notice how everywhere you look; good things are happening for you.

Pay attention to how things are always going your way.

Become aware of how when you ask, things are given. In the smallest of ways. Needed a pen? Found a pen. Needed a coffee? Made a coffee. Needed to rest? Got into your bed.

Start to feel the simplicity of things in your life.

Everything starts to become lighter, more beautiful, more given.

And yes, sometimes, gratitude can feel hard to reach for – it’s a practice we can all cultivate, but if you’re not feeling it, at all, it does require some discipline of a small daily practice. In time, you will feel it start to swell.

Once you start to feel very content, the rest is fun and playful. Because at this point, you begin to feel that you are ALREADY ABUNDANT. You remember you are the energy of abundance itself. You are the baited breath, the poised excitement for life.

Then you can start to issue more invitations.

I love to write before bed, how much I LOVE what is going to happen the next day.

“I love how I wake up feeling rested and relaxed. I love the delicious and nutritious breakfast I eat. I love the beauty I spy on my morning walk. I love how good I feel after my bath. I love the flow and impact of my client calls. I love the new enquiry call that books in. I love the heartfelt kind words I receive. I love how well my meeting goes, with ease and flow. And so it is, and so it is, and so it is.”

You really become the author, and then watch it all happen.

But what if you ask, and it isn’t given?

Is abundance a scam? Should we go back to lack? To thinking things don’t work out for us? I mean, you can if you like…but doesn’t it feel more exciting to believe that if you asked, and something wasn’t given, that there is something even better on the way for you?

To trust that the universe has everything in the side lines for the perfect time for you? I mean…isn’t that how it’s gone for you so far? To get you to this point in your life – the universe has never given you more than you can hold, has it? It may well have pushed you to your edges, but you’ve always expanded your capacity to hold it. That’s why you’re here, reading this now.

Of course, we can close our eyes back down and forget all about abundance, but it really is joyful to stare up at the sky and believe, isn’t it?
